ARTISTIC ORGANIZATIONS
 
• Bronx Museum of the Arts – is a contemporary arts museum founded in 1971.
 
• National Puerto Rican Day Parade, Inc. – is a non-profit organization that seeks to promote and establish national awareness and appreciation of the Puerto Rican culture.
 

• Pregones Theater – is a Bronx theater company that performs original musical productions and plays which are rooted in the Puerto Rican/ Latin American cultures.

RECREATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
 
• Highbridge Park – A coalition of non-profit organizations that are seeking to reopen NY’s oldest bridge and the most celebrated part of the Old Croton Aqueduct.
 
• Partnership for the Parks – A partnership between the City Parks Foundation and the NYC Parks Dept. to strengthen and support neighborhood park groups and develop collective will in restoring and maintaining city parks.
