Our History
Formed in 1975, to developed and implement comprehensive housing improvement plans for substantial and moderate rehabilitation, new construction, demolition and open space development.  Housing has been our has been our core component for over 35 years: Developing, Building, Improving & Renovating.
 
In addition to housing, we continue to underwrite educational programs to better assist neighborhood residents obtain gainful employment and intellectual growth.

Mrs. Antonia Díaz (popularly known as "Missy Diaz") a native Puerto Rican, whose inate ablity to educate, inspire and develop lead her to become a business owner, a NYC public school teacher and a devoted community activist.  
 
Due to her leadership and dedication, we continue to assist the poorest of the poor develop into productive citizens and moral agents that, it is hoped, will foster the common good and lead to the complete revitalize of the Bronx.  Mrs. Diaz tenacity and goodwill, although difficult to replicate, has provides us with a barometer that continues to guide us.
