The following are local community based organizations that work to serve Bronx residents in obtaining housing and developing economic growth.

• Banana Kelly Community Improvement – is a non-profit housing development organization based in the Morrisania section of the Bronx.

• Belmont Arthur Avenue Local Development – is a non-profit housing development organization based in the Little Italy section of the Bronx.

• Fordham Bedford Housing  – is a non-profit housing organization based in the Fordham – Bedford section of the Bronx.

• Highbridge Community Development – is a non-profit housing organization based in the northern Highbridge section of the Bronx.

 

• Mid-Bronx Desperadoes – is non-profit housing organization based in the Crotona Park East section of the Bronx.

• Mount Hope Housing – is non-profit housing organization based in the Tremont section of the Bronx.

• Nos Quedamos – is a non-profit housing organization based in the Melrose Section of the Bronx.

• SEBCO – is a non-profit housing organization based in the Hunt Point section of the Bronx.

• WHEDCo – is a non-profit housing non-profit  housing organization based in the eastern Highbridge section of the Bronx.

• 163rd Street Improvement Council – is a non-profit housing development organization based in the Morrisania section of the Bronx.
